Refund policy

At DSignsBySandy, every item is thoughtfully designed with care and attention to detail.  Because many of our products are digital and/or customized, please review our return policy below before making a purchase.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS (Instant Downloads & Editable Templates) - Due to the nature of digital items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a file has been downloaded or accessed.

However, your satisfaction is important!  If you experience any issues accessing or editing your files, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS - Custom items (including photo magnets, invitations, and personalized designs) are made specifically for you. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized products. 

If there is an error on our part (such as a design mistake or defect), please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the issue so we can make it right.

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.  After this window, work may have already begun on your design, and cancellations may not be possible.

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS - Refunds or replacements will only be issued if:

  1. The wrong item was delivered
  2. The item arrives damaged
  3. There is a verified defect or error on our part

We will require photo proof to process your request.
